Military cadet College Jhelum is finest cadet college in pakistan by Army. Jhelum campus have three schools under and those are Junior School, Prep School and Senior school. Under Junior School opens admissions for 6th and 7th class, Under Prep School opens admissions for 8th class and Senior School Opens Admissions in 9th, 10th and 11th 1st year admissions. CCJ has installed E-TAC (Emerging Technologies across the curriculum) System in its all class rooms to activate the neurons of cadets. Separate lab has been established for each science subject to prepare the students for practical exams. Cadet College Jhelum has also the facilities of mess, M l Room, indoor games, gymnasium, electricity back up, cafeteria, telephone calls and computer lab. Each class is equipped with multimedia/over head projectors, smart boards, easy learning software, sound system and high speed internet. English language lab is equipped with modern audio video aids and large collection of CDs to improve the all four language skills of students. Main library houses large collection of syllabus and general books. Library period is the part of time table. College mosque has capacity of 1000 persons. Learning Nazera Quran and basics of Islam is mandatory for every student. E-Books has also been provided in library to develop reading habit in cadets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Admission will be provided after an entry test which will be from the syllabus of 7th class
- Students who are in 7th grade or have passed 7th class are allowed to take admission
- Entry test comprises upon English, Maths, Urdu and general sciences
- Interview will also be organized for the selected students who will pass out written test of this college
- Medical test is also compulsory to get admission in Cadet College Jhelum
- Student must be 14 year or above at the time of admission
