Failed candidates of the Government college of Paramedics Faisalabad in all categories can also apply Form PMF Supplementary Examination 2024.

After the result annoucement all the failed candidates can apply for their PMF supplementary examinations 2024. All you need to download the application form & submit to the concerned office and after processing you will be allowed to appear in PMF supplementary exams. Punjab Medical faculty Lahore supplementary examination 2024 application form and fee charges schedule is as below.

With Normal Examination Fee Rs 2000/-:

With Single Examination Fee Rs. 2500/-:

Last Date: June 2024

With Double Examination Fee Rs. 4000/-:

Last Date: June 2024

Note: No form will be accepted after 15^th June 2024. Admission fee via bank draft in the name of secretary Punjab medical faculty Lahore will be acceptable.

Documents Needed:

All the candidates need to attach failed result card photocopy and previous examination roll no and registration number along with the new application form. You also have to mention your failed subjects on PMF Supply Exams Application Form Download.

The examination center will be in Lahore and there will be no change in that.

An incomplete application form with false information will not be considered.
